Part 1 – The Description of a notary signing agent
Signing agent is a notary public, who works with the loan documents, obtaining and notarizing these documents with the purpose of closing the loan transactions (especially real estate loans). The existence of the signing agents is stipulated by the existence and the importance of the, middlemen.

The USA’s entry into World War II influenced consistently the balance of power in the world and, to a significant extent, predetermined the outcome of the war. At the same time, the involvement of the USA in World War II was provoked by the growing aggression from the part of Japan as well as Germany which threatened to the strategic ally of the USA in Europe, Great Britain.

Correlation (from Latin “correlatio” – ratio) – is a numeric measure of the strength of linear relationship between two random variables.
According to the assignment I have calculated the correlation between between the retail online sales and total retail sales using the data from the indicated link in Excel (all the calculations are available in the appendix).

Jorge Luis Borges – Argentine essayist, a great poet and short-story writer who created incredible fictions and unbelievable dream works. His genius works made the unreal worlds, which mesmerized his readers with the depth of the imagination and his amazing talent. His most famous stories clearly show the essence of time and infinity, life’s labyrinths. They also depict reality and identity. In his stories he touches upon identities of existence, language, culture and dreaming. In his works he underlines the importance of such themes as eternity, time, infinity and personal identity. It’s obvious that in the works of Borges and in the selected fictions, namely “Death and the Compass”, “Shape of the Sword”, ”Everything and Nothing” the author shows his identity behind the words of his characters and he discovers himself by way of showing the attitude of his characters to life and their perception of reality. An amazing fact remains that when Jorge Luis Borges was only 23 he stated that “all literature, in the end, is autobiographical.”

The development of the Civil Rights movement in the USA marked the apogee of the struggle of African Americans and other ethnic minorities in the USA for their human rights. In fact, the Civil Rights movement of the 1950s was led by African Americans, such as Martin Luther King, Malcolm X and others, who attempted to gain equal rights and opportunities for African Americans compared to white Americans. At the same time, the Civil Rights movement did not raise spontaneously. Instead, it was the result of historical development of civil consciousness of African Americans since the epoch of slavery through abolition of slavery, racial discrimination and the permanent struggle of African Americans for their rights, which affected not only their social position in the American society but also their financial well-being. In such a way, the Civil Rights movement resulted from the growing civil consciousness of African Americans and activities of leaders of the movement, especially Martin Luther King and the movement contributed to the consistent change of the state as well as the American society at large not only to African Americans but also to other minorities.

Our reaction is different when we receive it from salesman because it presupposes personal contact with a person. So we can see his emotions, we are involved in direct communication that allows us understand person’s feeling more effectively, read information from his gestures, mimics. It makes our interaction more personal and close. These facts increase the level of our reciprocity, mutual understanding.

Introduction
“Waiting for Godot” by Samuel Beckett is a very controversial play and critics still argue what actually the figure of Godot means since the main characters of the play are waiting for him, but he never comes. Among the variety of interpretations, it is possible to single out the religious implications of the play at large and Godot in particular. The author makes several references to Jesus and religion throughout the play that may an indication to the religious meaning or context of Godot and the entire play. At the same time, the main characters and their actions can be interpreted in different ways and, on a profound analysis, the religious theme seems to be quite strongly presented in the play. This is why it is possible to estimate that Godot may be a symbol of God or, at least, a kind of Messiah for whom people are waiting, while the characters are people who are confused while waiting for Godot, whom they are hardly able to recognize.

Spain. Out of a total of 580,825 square kilometers, Spain occupies four fifths of the Peninsula. It borders to the North on the Bay of Biscay, France and Andorra; to the East, on the Mediterranean; to the South, on the Mediterranean and the Atlantic, and to the West on the Atlantic and Portugal.In July 2004 its population numbers 40,280,780 people. Spain is a pragmatic and modern country, with a quickly developing economy. It went out on the large European arena not much ago.

Young woman with a water pitcher is one of the most famous paintings by Jan Vermeer, who is considered to be one of the greatest and most talented Dutch artists. Little known about the life of this painter, however, he’s a good representative of the era of Baroque in Holland, which was the time of huge success and well-being and social unity of the merchant class. It’s known that Jan (Johannes) Vermeer died when he was only 43 years old, and during his life time he had eight children. Usually Vermeer painted little domestic scenes. The most distinguishing feature of all his works is the special use of light and tone, to which he paid much of attention.
The painting Young woman with a water pitcher was finished in 1675, and is oil on canvas, which has a rather small size, only 18 x 16 inches. This work is a distinctive feature of Jan Vermeer’s artistic style, which shows painter’s great interest in optical effects. In this work the painter reached equilibrium between main colors and elementary shapes by means of resourceful and deft calculations, he also did some revisions while painting the work changing some of the details. The composition of this work reveals domestic calmness and serenity accentuated by water pitcher and basin, which serve as clear signs of purity and chastity.

Traditionally, planning an extremely important function of management since the normal work of organizations depended on planning and how plans were carried out. In this respect, managers traditionally played the key role in planning, though, nowadays, employees have started to play increasingly more important role in planning.

I.Introduction.
Family is one of the most important factors in adolescence development. It is of great value in formation of adolescents’ moral principles of life. Family can create personality or destroy it, it can strengthen or undermine adolescents’ psychic health. Family encourages some personal inclinations, but at the same time blocks another. It points out borders of identification and favors the appearance of person’s self-image.

Today, the significance of the higher education can hardly be underestimated. Hence, it is extremely important to get the higher education since it opens larger opportunities for the professional career and success. At the same time, the successful education at the University is hardly possible without the development of a strategic approach to the learning process and education at large.
At first glance, the higher education seems to be self-sufficient in regard to students’ learning efforts for students need to learn hard to gain academic success. However, such a view on the higher education is apparently superficial. Today, it is not really important how much you learn what does matter today is how effectively you are learning. In this respect, the effectiveness of learning can be grounded only on the effective strategy that is applied to learning, while without a strategic approach it is hardly possible to succeed in the learning process.
