I have acquired a degree is B. Tech in Computer Science Engineering in Cochin University of Science and Technology in India. I have an experience of working as an Information Systems Engineer in India. I have continued my career working for Cape East Ltd., in Abu Dhabi, United Arabian Emirates and then for Blue Cross Blue Shield of South Carolina, in Columbia, USA. My education and experience inspire me for studying and further work at Human Resource field. I strongly feel that this occupation is for me and I will be able to succeed in this area because I know how to communicate, interact, and manage people effectively. My previous education and work experience make me feel confident that I will be able to pursue a career in Human resource management.
My short-term goal is to work in one of the Fortune 500 companies where I hope to acquire further knowledge, improve my skills and experience, and learn the various facets of Human Resource management. Working in a Human Resource department in a big company, I would bring my energy and diversity of perspectives to the professional team. I will focus on improving my skills and the quality of the work for the benefit of the company, its workers, and clients.

Furthermore, I am planning to improve the skills necessary for the work in Human Resource department, that I have already acquired, in interact with people effectively, negotiating, communicative skills, and project management.
My long-term goal is to be the Head of the Human Resource department in a Fortune 500 company preferably in India. I want to continue my career in India, because I know very well the business culture and environment of the country and because I have received my previous education in India. I believe I have changed after working in different countries. I was challenged to think about my country and my own ideas. My work experience has increased and strengthened my interest in Human Resource management. Now I have gained confidence I myself and found that I can do things I never thought I could do. I have learned to interact with people with different ideas and backgrounds. I have been taught how courage, faith, concentration, and determination in combination with high ethical and moral values can help me to achieve my goals and realize my dreams.
The Master’s program in Human Resource that is offered at the University of South Caroline has attracted my attention because I have always wanted to work interacting with people. I have always enjoyed this kind of work and I believe that after my previous studying and work, the interest in work in Human Resource has only strengthened. I am aware of how difficult it might be to make career in the Human Resource. Proper knowledge will unlock the gates of opportunity—helping me to become a more effective speaker, adept analyst, and problem-solver; helping to clarify complex issues.
