Each student at least once in life during the master level studies has to write a Research Proposal. Each student develops and submits Research Proposal - a proposal for research that is laid in the basis for future dissertations. The first part also includes an analysis of the main sources of literature - an overview of the fundamental in this field sources, as well as a proposal to work with primary sources, including periodicals, data, studies, scientific researches etc. Based on the plan and the concept of the thesis, student gives a brief description of future work and its structure. The proposal should have sufficient information to convince your readers that you have an important research idea, that you have a good grasp of the relevant literature and the major issues, and that your methodology is sound.
In the research section basing on the proposed hypothesis and research methodology the author gives future research plan, expected results, used methods, establish criteria for the validity of the study.
Research Proposal has to be approved by the supervisor of the student and to be agreed with the head of the master's program. Students who do not successfully defend Research Proposal, shall be permitted to continue their work on a dissertation and can not be allowed to defend it.
