Custom essayWe all seem to be concerned about environmental problems and the possible ways of solving them. This is a long time already since we are aware of the fact that the natural resources, we are using for our everyday needs, are not endless and that nature needs as much help from us as we can get from it. However, rather often people think, that such global issues as environment are called global because there should be created huge departments and commissions in order to control and solve them, not realizing, that in this case “global” means first of all that these problems need interference of everybody into the issue. One person seems to have too little power to do anything about serious and sophisticated environmental problems, such as loss of rain forests, acid rains, problems with ozone layer or global warming effects; however, in reality there are a lot of things, which he could do. One of the best examples of individual’s contribution might be waste reduction and proper recycling organization. We are all aware of the fact, that recycling is vitally important for controlling the garbage generation both in homes and enterprises, because it can reduce the number of landfills and incinerators. In some states, thanks to recycling there is a possibility to provide the environmentally preferable sources of materials for enterprises and industries. However, recycling should not be considered only as a local material management technique, its role in reduction of the environmental impacts of industrial products is enormous. Recycled materials, if they are used as a substitution for natural resources such as those taken from forests and mines, are able to provide considerable energy savings, along with reduction of greenhouse gas emissions as well as other air and water pollutants. This is evident, that on the other hand the natural resources are not so extremely used and have at least the chance for resumption.

writing serviceCandide is one of the most famous works by Voltaire written during the Age of Enlightenment. Till nowadays it fascinates the readers with its profound penetration into the human world with all its evils, drawbacks, falsity and cruelty. The harsh irony and sarcasm of the author along with severe critics towards the existing cultural and religious norms made Candide also one of the brightest examples of the Enlightenment literature.
First of all it is seems necessary to be clear about the term “Enlightenment”. It appeared in the mid-nineteenth century on the bases of French philosophy. Enlightenment didn’t present the set of values as a single movement or school, but rather a set of ideas, centered on the critical examination of the traditional customs, morals and institutions. Researchers could not agree as for the start date of this age, however most of them consider it to be the beginning of the eighteenth century. Correspondingly there is no agreement as for the end of the Enlightenment era, for some scholars this was the Napoleonic Wars, whereas for others – the death of Voltaire. Speaking about the intellectual developments of that period, this is necessary to underline, that due to their strong influence upon social and political life, they served the driving forces for giving more rights and liberties to usual people, considering the natural law and natural rights along with individual rights and reasons. Practically the era of the Enlightenment symbolizes the disclaimer of the Middle Ages principles of oppression and acceptance of freedom in religion, scientific development and human communication.

essaysToday, the development of fashion industry is characterized by the growing cooperation between companies operating in different countries of the world. At the same time, leading companies of the fashion industry attempt to expand their markets and increase their market share by means of international market expansion. In this respect, Mango is one of the leading companies which has started to implement the strategy of international market expansion and such expansion became the mainstream trend in the current development of the company. As the matter of fact, in spite of the international presence of Mango in many countries of the world, its expansion policy has been just started, taking into consideration the existing plan of the company to increase substantially its presence worldwide. In such a situation, a number of challenges naturally arise because the international market expansion inevitably confronts the company to problems which it has never faced before, while operating in the domestic market solely. Therefore, Mango has to cope with new challenges it is currently facing and the extent, to which the strategy of the international market expansion is successful, will define the future of the company in the fashion industry. At this point, it is possible to presuppose that a successful international market expansion will lead either to a considerable improvement of the competitive position of the company or undermine its current position and put the company in a very difficult position, taking into consideration the current economic recession and uncertain future prospects of the world’s economy.
On analyzing the current position of Mango, it should be said that the company occupies a strong, leading position in the fashion industry. Mango is based in Spain and, today, the company operates internationally. Even though originally, its target market was the domestic market in Spain, Mango has managed to overcome the boundaries of the national market and started to expand its presence in Europe and later in other parts of the world. At the same time, it is worth mentioning the fact that, in the past, the international expansion was not the ultimate goal of the company. It was not the mainstream trend in the strategic development of the company. Instead, it was rather a natural process of market expansion, when the domestic market had become too small and limited for the company, Mango naturally started entering markets of other European countries simply to increase the production and sales rates. At the present moment, the international market expansion is a conscious choice of the company and it has become the mainstream trend in the strategic development of Mango.

Custom Essay “First Impressions"Introduction
The “First Impressions” experiment is a computer-based version of a classic study conducted by Hamilton and Gifford (1976). Basically, the original study aimed at the revealing the impact of the first impression on the perception of individuals. The researchers attempted to reveal the extent to which the first impression can affect judgments made by individuals. In their study Hamilton and Gifford arrived to the conclusion that people tend to notice two rare or distinctive events co-occur. This means that people can remain unaware of a possible co-occurrence of insignificant events, which they simply fail to notice or remember, while distinctive or rare events stay in their memory and, what is more important, they influence individuals’ judgments they make about the distinctive events as well as people involved in them. In such a context, the computer-based test is particularly noteworthy since it allows verifying the outcomes of the experiment conducted by Hamilton and Gifford and revealing whether their conclusions were correct or not. At the same time, this experiment is very important to research directly the influence of first impressions on individuals’ perception since due to new technologies, the test is available not only for professionals but also for students who study psychology and such experiments are very helpful and useful for them as they can acquire new empirical evidence of findings of other researchers, namely Hamilton and Gifford.

Custom EssayI turned over in my mind for a long time the question that should never be asked. But weighting every life situation and life abruptness I’ve come to understanding that this question concerns life itself, namely its length and circumstances.
So, the question that should never be asked is: When exactly will I die?
Sometimes the answer can be shocking, sometimes – vice versa. But in general we are all human beings, living under the same physical and psychological conditions and only the Most High can judge how long should we live and what we have merited. While at the same time we are the smiths of our happiness and no doubt we can change the flow of events in accordance with our necessity, all in all trying to cheat the fortune. The length of every person’s life can be roughly compared with the field. Everything that you have done during your life or so to say what you have sowed you will reap in future. Consequently, there is no necessity to know the exact date of death – if is fated it will happen sooner or later. But getting such information brings only inconveniences and anxiety in our souls, as we are all mere mortal and each of us is afraid of it at heart.
